Beate Sjåfjell is Professor of Law at the University of Oslo and a Visiting Professor at College of Europe. Professor Sjåfjell is founder and head of the Oslo Faculty’s Research Group Companies, Markets and Sustainability. She publishes extensively and increasingly interdisciplinarily on corporate law, corporate governance and sustainability.
