A Model United Nations (MUN) is an educational simulation of the UN System where students can learn about diplomacy and international relations. During a MUN Conference, students work as delegates at the UN, to solve specific problems together with other international delegates. MUN teaches participants research, speaking, debating, and writing skills, along with critical thinking, teamwork, and leadership abilities. It is meant to engage students and allow them to develop deeper understanding of current world issues.
