At the heart of Circle U., the Open Campus' digital learning platform connects various other platforms, ensuring seamless mobility services and facilitating administrative and technical implementation.
Program Development
In close collaboration with knowledge hubs and other platforms, the Open Campus will steer the development of Circle U.'s educational program, encompassing:
- Joint master's and PhD programs
- Bachelor's modules on sustainability
- Short-term, blended learning opportunities like summer schools, hackathons, and challenges
- Open online courses and seminars
Our Objectives
By establishing the Open Campus, Circle U. strives to:
- Scale up and formalize educational activities
- Broaden student mobility options, including short-term mobility and internationalization at home
- Uncover synergies among knowledge hubs and their respective subject areas
- Facilitate the adoption of innovative teaching methods in formal education.
Guidance and Validation
The Open Campus is entrusted with advising on Circle U.'s educational formats and validating bottom-up initiatives. Chairs within the Open Campus are expected to actively contribute to shaping its profile and diverse educational offerings.
